摘 要:本工作研究了低浓度钛离子溶液的水解过程。结果表明:水解初期水解率提高很快,当水解时间超过120 min后,水解率提高减慢,此时水解率已达到95%,进一步延长水解时间,钛离子水解率缓慢上升,当达到180min时,水解率达到98%。钛离子水解过程分为两个阶段,在水解反应前60min主要是晶核的生成过程,当反应进行到60 min以后,该阶段主要是H_(2)TiO_(3)颗粒的生长过程。计算表明,结晶过程为多中心结晶沉积,每个活性结晶中心一次只有一个H_(2)TiO_(3)分子参加反应,每个活性点为单分子反应。The hydrolysis process of low concentration titanium ion solution was investigated in this paper.The results showed that the hydrolysis rate increased rapidly at the initial stage of hydrolysis,and the hydrolysis rate increased slowly when the hydrolysis time exceeded 120 min,at this time the hydrolysis rate has reached 95%.Further prolonging the hydrolysis time,the hydrolysis rate of titanium ions increased slowly.When it reached 180 min,the hydrolysis rate reached 98%.The hydrolysis process of titanium ion was divided into two stages:the stage that hydrolysis reaction was mainly the formation process of crystal nucleus before 60 min and the stage that hydrolysis reaction was mainly the growth process of H_(2)TiO_(3)particles after 60 min.The calculation showed that the crystallization process was polycentric crystallization deposition and each active crystallization center had only one H_(2)TiO_(3)molecule participating in the reaction at a time,and each active point was a single molecule reaction.
