摘　　要：生态环境应急监测是应对突发环境事件应急处置的基础性工作,是企业推进生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要组成部分。文章在分析国家对现代化生态环境应急监测体系建设的新要求的基础上,总结了中国石油生态环境应急监测体系建设的现状及存在问题,提出了提升生态环境应急监测装备的自动化、智能化水平,建设智能化、信息化的生态环境应急监测系统,研究建立企业生态环境应急监测资源共享机制等建议,为下一步中国石油生态环境应急监测体系完善建设提供参考。Ecological and environmental emergency monitoring is foundational in responding to sudden environmental incidents and crucial for the advancement of ecological governance systems and capabilities in enterprises.This paper,based on the analysis of national requirements for the construction of a modernized ecological and environmental emergency monitoring system,summarizes the current status and issues in the emergency monitoring system of CNPC.It proposes enhancing the automation and intelligence level of ecological and environmental emergency monitoring equipment,building an intelligent and informatized emergency monitoring system,and researching the establishment of a resource-sharing mechanism for corporate ecological and environmental emergency monitoring.These suggestions aim to provide references for the further improvement of CNPC ecological and environmental emergency monitoring system.
