摘　　要：中国共产党成立100多年以来,形成了独特的政党文化,极大地提升了中国共产党的软实力。从软实力语境考察,中国共产党政党文化的功能表现在三个层面:政党本身而言,能够彰显党的凝聚力,凝聚党心,推动全党统一意志和行动;社会层面而言,能够增强党的吸引力,汇聚民心,巩固党的长期执政合法性;国际层面而言,能够提升党的影响力,增强认同,塑造百年大党的良好形象。站在二十大新的起点上,从软实力角度探究中国共产党政党文化的功能,有利于为发展积极健康的党内政治文化、营造良好政治生态提供理论依据和价值指向。Since its establishment over 100 years ago,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has formed a unique political party culture,which has greatly enhanced the soft power of the CPCFrom the perspective of soft power,the function of the political party culture of CPC is manifested in three levels:The first is to strengthen the cohesion of the party organization itself,enhance the unity of the party,and promote the formation of a unified will and improve partys power actionSecondly,strengthen the social appeal of the party and gather pubic support,so as to consolidate the legitimacy of the party’s long-term governanceFinally,enhance the international influence of CPC,enhance the partys identity,and create a good image of the century-old partyAfter the 20th CPC National Congress,we standing at the new standing point,exploring the function of the political party culture of the CPC from the perspective of soft power is conducive to providing theoretical basis and value orientation for the development of a positive and healthy political culture within the party and creating a good political ecology.
