摘　　要：总体国家安全观是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。其中,文化安全是国家安全中的重要组成部分。随着我国改革开放和经济建设的不断深入,中外合作办学迅速发展。维护文化安全是中外合作办学高校得以健康发展的前提条件,也是实现我国教育立德树人根本任务的客观遵循。针对中外合作办学高校在教师队伍建设、教学管理、校园文化活动中出现的文化安全问题,要在中国教师的配备、课程设置上,通过党建引领、开展社会实践活动等,加强文化安全建设,牢牢把握意识形态安全。让中外合作办学,成为培养我国社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重要阵地。The holistic approach to national security,in which cultural security is the major part,plays the important role in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristic for a New EraWith the reform and opening up and economic construction unceasingly deepen,the Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run universities are developing rapidlyMaintaining cultural security is the prerequisite for the healthy development of Chinese-foreign cooperative-run universities,and it is also an objective adherence to realizing the fundamental mission of education,which is to cultivate virtues and moralityIn view of the cultural security problems in the construction of teachers,teaching management and campus cultural activities in Chinese-foreign cooperative-run universities,it is necessary to strengthen the management of students,strengthen the construction of cultural security and firmly grasp the ideological security by some way,such as the guidance of party building and carrying out social practice activitiesTherefore,the Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run universities will be ideal places to train socialist builders and successors.
