摘 要:高寒植物对气候和环境变化十分敏感,而其叶片形态性状能反映其适应气候和环境的生存策略。为揭示高寒植物叶片形态性状对海拔变化的响应,对西藏念青唐古拉山南坡4400~5200 m之间7个不同海拔样地的钉柱委陵菜(Potentilla saundersiana)叶片进行采样,测量了叶片长度、宽度、周长、面积、长宽比、周长/面积比等,探讨其叶片形态性状随海拔的变化。结果表明:(1)随海拔升高,叶长、叶宽、叶周长和叶面积均呈降低趋势;(2)叶片周长/面积比随着海拔的升高而显著增加,而叶片长/宽比无明显变化趋势;(3)叶面积和周长/面积比与生长季气温和土壤养分含量显著相关。研究表明,钉柱委陵菜为适应高海拔的低温环境,主要采取减小叶片面积的对策,同时使叶片周长/面积比趋于增加,使植物趋于保温和保水的方向发展,这将有利于其将资源最大化地投入到自身生长发育中。Alpine plants are sensitive to climate and environmental changes.The leaf morphological traits of alpine plants can reflect their survival strategies for adapting climate and environmental changes.To reveal the altitudinal changes of leaf morphological traits for alpine plants,leaves of Potentilla saundersiana were sampled from 7 altitudes(from 4400 m to 5200 m)on the southern slope of Nyainqntanglha Mountains,Xizang.Leaf length,width,perimeter,area,length/width ratio,perimeter/area ratio were measured to explore the altitudinal changes of leaf morphological traits.The results showed that:(1)leaf length,width,perimeter,and area all showed decreasing trends with increasing altitude;(2)the leaf perimeter/area ratio significantly increased but the leaf length/width ratio showed no significant trends with increasing altitude;(3)and the leaf area and perimeter/area ratio were significantly correlated with the growing season temperature and soil nutrients.Our findings indicate that Potentilla saundersiana individuals are adapted at high altitudes mainly through reducing leaf area and increasing leaf perimeter/area ratio,which would be beneficial for alpine plants to preserve heat and water and to maximizing resources utilization.
