县级综合气象观测业务体系保障能力建设探析

摘　　要：作为最基层的气象服务部门,县级气象部门所具备的气象观测业务能力在不断提高。但是在综合气象观测业务实践过程中仍然存在诸多问题。为了促进县级综合气象观测业务高质量、高效率地开展,需要通过县级综合气象观测业务保障能力的持续性建设,实现对县级综合气象观测业务能力的不断提升和优化,推动我国气象事业稳健发展。基于此,指出了县级综合气象观测业务体系保障能力建设的重要意义,分析了当前县级综合气象观测业务体系建设存在的主要问题,探讨了县级综合气象观测业务体系保障能力建设的路径。As the most grassroots meteorological service department,county-level meteorological departments were constantly improving their meteorological observation capabilities.However,there were still some problems in the practical process of comprehensive meteorological observation operations.In order to promote the high-quality and efficient development of county-level comprehensive meteorological observation services,it was necessary to continuously improve and optimize the operational support capacity of county-level comprehensive meteorological observation services,and promote the stable development of China’s meteorological industry.
