摘 要:采用表面印迹技术和分子拥挤技术,以硝苯地平为模板,介孔二氧化硅微球为载体,制备表面分子印迹材料。扫描电镜和透射电镜结果表明,印迹微球粒径约为700~800 nm,印迹层厚度约为50 nm。分子拥挤试剂的加入使印迹因子得到提高。材料具有较大的饱和吸附量(153.1 mg/g)和快速的吸附动力学(30 min),材料对结构相似的竞争物具有较好的选择性,材料的循环使用性能良好。分子拥挤策略下的表面分子印迹材料表现出对目标物良好的识别选择性和吸附富集能力。Using nifedipine as template and mesoporous silica microspheres as carrier,surface-imprinted materials were prepared by surface imprinting technique and molecular crowding technique.Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy showed that the diameter of imprinted microspheres was about 700~800 nm and the thickness of imprinted layer was about 50 nm.The addition of molecular crowding reagent increased the imprinting factor.The material has a large saturation adsorption capacity(153.1 mg/g)and rapid adsorption kinetics(30 min),and has good selectivity to competitors with similar structures,and good recycling performance.The surface-imprinted materials under the molecular crowding strategy show good selectivity and adsorption enrichment ability.
