摘 要:为制备路用性能较好的沥青材料,选择碳纳米管(Carbon Nanotubes,CNTs)和丁苯橡胶(Styrene-butadiene Rubber,SBR)两种改性剂为原料,采用高速剪切法制备CNTs/SBR复合改性沥青,并对改性沥青的三大指标进行试验研究。分析改性剂对沥青性能的影响,试验结果表明:当CNTs掺量为0.6%、SBR掺量为4%时,CNTs/SBR复合改性沥青的三大指标基本性能最佳,抵抗高温变形能力显著提高,低温抗裂性能优良。In order to prepare asphalt materials with better road performance,carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)were selected as raw materials to prepare CNTs/SBR composite modified asphalt by high-speed shear method,and the three indexes of modified asphalt were studied.The effect of modifier on the performance of asphalt was analyzed.The test results show that when the content of CNTs is 0.6%and the content of SBR is 4%,the three indexes of CNTs/SBR composite modified asphalt have the best basic performance,the ability to resist high temperature deformation is significantly improved,and the low temperature crack resistance is excellent.
