摘　　要：对年产20万t轻质碳酸钙生产工艺做物料平衡和热量平衡计算,得出了关键工序物料需求量、固体废弃物和烟气的排放量和关键工序的热量值。分析计算结果,提出了水、热能循环利用的措施,为轻质碳酸钙生产提供了重要参考。The material balance and heat balance of the production process of light calcium carbonate with an annual output of 200000 t are calculated,and the material demand of the key process,the emission of solid waste gas and flue gas and the heat value of the key process are obtained.Based on the analysis of the calculation results,the measures for the recycling of water and heat energy are put forward,which provides an important reference for the production of light calcium carbonate.
