摘  要:天然彩砂作为不可再生资源,对其进行大量开采将会对环境造成破坏,以铸造废弃砂为原料制备人造彩砂具有重要的经济价值和环保效益。以铸造废弃砂为原材料,然后采用氟碳树脂固化法制备氟碳彩砂,研究了氟碳彩砂制备过程的主要影响因素,并检测了彩砂的综合性能,可望用于建筑外墙涂料。Massive mining of natural colored sands would cause pollution of the environment.As a non-renewable resource,natural colored sand will cause damage to the environment if it is mined in large quantities.It is of great economic effects and environmental benefits to prepare artificial colored sands with cast waste sand as raw material.In this paper,casting waste sands as raw material were used for preparing fluorocarbon colored sands which coated wiht fluorocarbon resin.We investigated the main factors during the preparation process and tested comprehensive performance.The results indicate that the colored sands have potential application in the architectural exterior wall coating.
