摘 要:艾叶在我国的药用历史悠久,其富含具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等药理活性的挥发油成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏提取重庆艾获得其挥发油成分,并通过GC-MS对挥发油化学成分进行检测与鉴定。将重庆艾挥发油成分与湖北、广东、河南等地产艾进行了比较。发现重庆与湖北产艾叶挥发油中桉叶油醇百分含量较高;广东岭南红脚艾挥发油中β-石竹烯百分含量较高;河南汤阴北艾中挥发油4-萜烯醇较高;仅在河南方城艾叶中检测出了杜仲烯,百分含量约29%。研究结果对不同产地艾挥发油的进一步利用具有一定的参考价值。Artemisiae Argyi Folium is a traditional medicine commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine for long time.Artemisiae Argyi Folium contains volatile oil with anti-oxidation,antiviral,anti-tumor.The volatile oil form Chongqing Artemisiae Argyi Folium was extracted by Steam distillation.And the volatile oil was detected and identified by GC-MS.The volatile oil components of Artemisia Argyi Folium produced in Chongqing were compared with those of Artemisia Argyi Folium produced in Hubei,Guangdong,Henan.The results show that the percentage of Cineole in Artemisia Argyi Folium produced in Chongqing and Hubei is relatively high.The percentage ofβ-Caryophyllene in Artemisia Argyi Folium produced in Guangdong Lingnan is relatively high.The percentage ofβ-Caryophyllene in Artemisia Argyi Folium produced in Guangdong Lingnan is relatively high.The percentage of 4-terpineol in Artemisia Argyi Folium produced in Henan Tangying is relatively high.Only Eudesma-4-[14],11-diene was detected in Artemisia Argyi Folium in Henan,Fangcheng,with a percentage content of about 29%.It maybe provided the basis for the further development and utilization of Artemisiae Argyi Folium.
