摘　　要：针对当前医院信息化业务混乱现状,“信息孤岛”现象仍存在且亟待优化的问题,在传统医疗信息管理系统的基础上,进行一体化集成平台设计与实现。平台将参与支撑患者全病程管理,旨在形成以智能化、万物互联进行动态协同与监督的业务形态。试运行期间,根据系统后台记录,除发热门诊外平均每位病患就诊过程时长较之前缩短了40%,医师就诊时无需手动切换多个管理软件,初步解决了信息化业务混乱现象。In view of the current chaotic situation of hospital information business,the phenomenon of"information island"still exists and needs to be optimized.Based on the traditional medical information management system,the design and implementation of an integrated platform is carried out.The platform will participate in supporting the whole course management of patients,aiming to form a business form of dynamic collaboration and supervision with intelligence and interconnection of everything.During the trial operation,according to the system background records,the average time of the treatment process for each patient except the fever clinic is shorten by 40%compared with the past,and doctors do not need to manually switch multiple management software during treatment,which can initially solve the confusion of information business.
