摘　　要：针对网络运维管理系统的自主可控,在国产化操作系统和数据库平台之下面临的性能效率受影响的问题,研究了国产化操作系统、数据库管理系统和自主管理协议等方面的设计问题。重点针对操作系统和数据库的运行效率问题,增加线程池和数据库连接池,通过配置文件灵活管理线程池,实现高效执行和最优资源利用。同时设计了自主管理协议,针对协议认证安全和可靠传输进行研究,并附实例进行自主可控设计验证。Under the domestic operating system and the database platform,the performance efficiency of autonomy and controllability of network operation and maintenance system can be affected,so it is necessary to study the design problems of domestic operating system,database management system and autonomy management protocol.With the running efficiency issue of operating system and database emphasized,the thread pool and the database connection pool are added,which can be flexibly managed through configuration files,enabling high efficient execution and optimal resource utilization.Meanwhile,the autonomy and controllability management protocol is designed,studing the protocol authentication security and reliable transmission.Finally,the design of autonomy and controllability is verified with examples.
