摘  要:为探究柔性传感器的衰变性能,达到促进柔性传感器在日常生活中应用的目的,以PEDOT∶PSS为导电填料,采用浸渍涂覆工艺制备PEDOT∶PSS/PET柔性织物传感器。研究了热氧化、水洗、酸以及紫外光处理对柔性传感器的影响,并对传感器的结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明,PEDOT∶PSS/PET柔性织物传感器感应范围较宽(0%~70%),循环稳定性良好(>1000个循环),并且通过将传感器贴合于人体不同部位所测得的电阻信号表明所制备的传感器在对人体关节运动的实时监测方面有良好的表现;在水洗、酸、热、紫外等外界因素作用下,柔性传感器会发生不同程度的破坏,稳定性下降,甚至无传感响应。To explore the decay performance of flexible sensors and promote the application of flexible sensors in daily life,this paper prepared PEDOT∶PSS/PET flexible fabric sensors by impregnation coating process with PEDOT∶PSS as conductive filler.The effects of thermal oxidation,water washing,acid,and ultraviolet light treatment on the flexible sensors were studied,and the structure and performance of the sensors were characterized.The results show that PEDOT∶PSS/PET flexible fabric sensor has a wide sensing range(0%~70%)and good cycle stability(>1000 cycles).The resistance signal measured by fitting the sensor to different parts of the human body shows that the prepared sensor has good performance in real-time monitoring of human joint movement.However,under the influence of external factors such as water washing,acid,heat,and ultraviolet,the prepared flexible sensor has been damaged to varying degrees,and its stability declines or even there is no sensing response.
