摘 要:为了测度数字经济对纺织服装业的渗透程度,在明确纺织服装业数字经济渗透内涵的基础上,采用投入产出法构建纺织服装业数字经济渗透比率指数,并基于亚洲开发银行多区域投入产出表数据测度2010—2020年54个经济体的纺织服装业数字经济渗透比率,并对测度结果进行国际比较分析。结果表明:纺织服装业主要贸易经济体的渗透比率差异较大,发展不均衡;欧美发达经济体纺织服装业数字经济渗透比率领先于亚洲发展中经济体;中国纺织服装业数字经济渗透比率呈现稳定增长的趋势,但仍属于低渗透率组且与德国、意大利等仍存在较大差距。论文扩展了行业数字经济测度方法的研究,系统测度了主要经济体纺织服装业数字经济渗透比率,为进一步制定促进纺织服装业数字经济渗透程度加深的政策举措提供参考依据。In order to measure the penetration degree of digital economy to textile and garment industry,this paper constructed a digital economy penetration ratio index of textile and garment industry on the basis of clarifying the definition of digital economy penetration ratio of textile and garment industry with input-output method.The digital economy penetration ratio of textile and garment industry in 54 economies from 2010 to 2020 was measured based on the data of multi-regional input-output table of Asian Development Bank.The measurement results were compared and analyzed internationally.The results show that the penetration ratio of textile and garment industry in major trading economies is different and uneven.The digital economy penetration ratio of textile and garment industry in developed economies in Europe and North America is higher than that in developing economies in Asia.The penetration rate of digital economy in China s textile and garment industry shows a steady growth trend,but it still belongs to the low penetration group and there is still a big gap compared with Germany and Italy.This paper expanded the research on the measurement methods of industrial digital economy,systematically measured the penetration ratio of digital economy of textile and garment industry in major economies,and provided reference for further formulating policies measures to promote the deepening of digital economy penetration degree in textile and garment industry.
