龙虎交战针法联合常规西药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察龙虎交战针法联合常规西药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者的效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2023年6月该院收治的86例PHN患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各43例。两组入院后均采用常规西药治疗,在此基础上,对照组实施常规针刺治疗,研究组实施龙虎交战针法治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后炎性指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、神经递质[神经激肽-1(NK-1)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、P物质(SP)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的79.07%(34/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-6、IL-8、CRP、NK-1、5-HT、SP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:龙虎交战针法联合常规西药治疗PHN患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低炎性指标和神经递质水平,效果优于常规针刺联合常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 patients with PHN admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to June 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine after admission.On this basis,the control group was treated with routine acupuncture,while the study group was treated with dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),C-reactive protein(CRP)],the neurotransmitters[neurokinin-1(NK-1),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),substance P(SP)]levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 79.07%(34/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,CRP,NK-1,5-HT and SP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of the PHN patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the levels of inflammatory indicators and neurotransmitters.Moreover,it is superior to routine acupuncture combined with conventional Western medicine treatment.
