麦粒灸联合附桂骨痛胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察麦粒灸联合附桂骨痛胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年4月该院收治的100例膝骨关节炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用附桂骨痛胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用麦粒灸治疗,比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能[骨性关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)、膝关节Lysholm量表]评分、炎性指标[β-内啡肽(β-EP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组关节功能、僵硬、疼痛等WOMAC评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组Lysholm评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组β-EP水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组PGE2水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麦粒灸联合附桂骨痛胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎患者可改善膝关节功能评分和炎性指标水平,其效果优于单纯附桂骨痛胶囊治疗。Objective:To observe effects of wheat grain moxibustion combined with Fugui Gutong capsules in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to April 2023.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each.The control group was treated with Fugui Gutong capsules,while the observation group was treated with wheat grain moxibustion on the basis of that of the control group.The knee joint function indexes[osteoarthritis index scale(WOMAC),knee joint Lysholm scale]scores,the inflammatory indexes[β-endorphin(β-EP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the WOMAC scores of joint function,stiffness and pain in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the Lysholm scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of-EP in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of PGE2 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Wheat grain moxibustion combined with Fugui Gutong capsules can improve the levels of knee joint function indexes and inflammatory indexes in the patients with knee osteoarthritis.Moreover,it is superior to single Fugui Gutong capsules treatment.
