升麻鳖甲汤加减治疗新型冠状病毒致咽痛验案1则

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)作为一种新型时气疫毒,属于中医“疫病”范畴。咽喉为肺之门户,疫毒之邪从口鼻侵入,蕴于咽喉,则表现出咽痛、咽痒等临床症状。笔者深入探讨新型冠状病毒与阴阳毒的关系,结合患者临床表现及其病情迁延难愈的特点,认为治疗该病症不应仅考虑清热解毒、过服苦寒攻伐之剂。通过学习经方中寒热并用以畅通咽喉气机、滋阴扶正以托毒外出的论治方法,并附验案1则,为治疗新型冠状病毒致咽痛咽痒等临床症状提供新的诊疗思路。The SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of epidemic toxin and belongs to traditional Chinese medicine"epidemic disease"category.The gate of the lung is throat,the pathogens of the epidemic toxin enter through the mouth and nose and accumulate at the throat,which is manifested as clinical symptoms such as sore throat,throat itching,etc.After in-depth discussion about the relationship between SARS-CoV-2 and yin-yang toxin in combination with the clinical manifestations and the protractedness and intractability of the disease,the authors considered that the condition should not be treated only by heat-clearing and toxin-resolving medicines or overdose of bitter-cold potent medicines.Through consulting the classical prescriptions for treatment method,it was learned that the combination of cold and heat is able to unblock the qi movement of throat,nourish yin and strengthen immune,consequently expelling the toxic substances.Also,a medical case is attached to provide a new diagnostic and therapeutic approach for the treatment of sore throat and itching caused by SARS-CoV-2.
