摘 要:在“双碳”目标政策背景下,电力系统中新能源大规模、高比例并网,灵活性电源的不足制约了新能源的高效利用。我国水力资源丰富,结合梯级水电站建设混合式抽水蓄能电站,可大幅提高新能源综合利用率,同时开发实施容易、建设周期短、水库淹没环境影响小、投资省,是补充纯抽水蓄能发展和构建新型电力系统的有效手段。本文通过混合式抽水蓄能与常规抽水蓄能机组进行对比,分析混合式抽水蓄能电站的开发优势和独特作用,同时,对全国混合式抽水蓄能站址初步分析筛查,提出全国范围内混合式抽水蓄能的站址资源综合分布情况。并根据现阶段混合式抽水蓄能开发建设的存在制约因素,提出相关政策建议。Under the background of the“double-carbon”strategy policy,the new energy in the power system is connected to the grid on a large scale and in a high proportion,and the lack of flexible power supplies restricts the efficient use of new energy.China is rich in hydraulic resources,combined with the construction of cascade hydropower station mixed pumped storage power station,can greatly improve the comprehensive utilization rate of new energy,while the development and implementation of easy,short construction cycle,small environmental impact of reservoir flooding,investment province,is an effective means to supplement the development of pure pumped storage and build a new power system.By comparing mixed pumped storage with pure pumped storage units,this paper analyzes the development advantages and unique functions of mixed pumped storage power stations.At the same time,it prelim natively analyzes and screens the sites of mixed pumped storage stations across the country,and proposes the comprehensive distribution of resources of hybrid pumped storage stations across the country.According to the constraints of the development and construction of mixed pumped storage,the paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
