摘  要:为了回收勘探开发天然气井在返排试气阶段的对空放喷天然气,达到节能减排和降本增效的目的,以鄂尔多斯盆地延安市以北L井区新压裂的天然气井为试验和研究对象,对现有的传统放喷返排试气工艺流程进行优化,使用三相分离器对天然气和返排液进行分离,天然气进入采气管线到达集气站而非直接火炬燃烧造成浪费。同时,使用多相流稳态模拟器PIPESIM分析了新工艺的可行性。研究结果表明:(1)新工艺安全可靠,适用性、灵活性强,压裂的新井气量能够达到气井正常生产的临界携液气量,可以正常排液试气,在此基础上可以有效减少二氧化碳排放量,为实现“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的承诺目标贡献力量;(2)通过此工艺优化实现了试气阶段对放喷天然气的回收,L井区平均年回收天然气量660×10^(4)m^(3),带来直接经济收益1 450万元,折算减少二氧化碳排放量12 540 t。结论认为,该工艺为L井区天然气清洁与高效开采提供了思路。In order for gas recovery which is emitted to air from gas wells during flowback gas testing and to achieve two goals of energy saving&emission reduction and cost reduction&benefit improvement,one newly fractured gas well in L well area,northern Yan'an city,Ordos Basin,was taken as an experimental and research objective to modify the existing traditional blowout and flowback process.A three-phase separator was used to isolate natural gas from flowback fluid according to this modified process,and gas was transmitted into gas production pipelines to gas-gathering stations,but not burned directly.In addition,for this new process,its feasibility was analyzed by means of the multi-phase flow steady state simulator PIPESIM.Results show that(i)this process is safe and reliable with strong applicability and flexibility.Gas rate in the newly fractured well can reach the critical liquid carrying one under normal production conditions,so standard drainage gas testing can be performed,and besides CO2 emission can be reduced effectively,so as to make a contribution to"carbon peaking"and"carbon neutrality";(ii)after this modification,gas emitted during gas testing can be recovered.The average gas recovery in this area is 660×10^(4)m^(3)/a,bringing about direct economic benefits attaining 14.50 million yuan,equivalent to reduction of CO2 emission by 12,540 t.In conclusion,this new process enjoys good economic benefits and social value,and offers train of thought for the clean and efficient gas exploitation in L well area.
