摘  要:为解决采用液氮冷却工艺人工压装气门座圈时,气门座圈在液氮中冷却时间、从液氮中取出后装配完成时间均无设置依据的问题,进行气门座圈液氮冷却外径收缩及室温下外径恢复试验。结果表明:气门座圈最佳冷却时间为10 min,确保气门座圈与座圈底孔为间隙配合;气门座圈从液氮取出后需在1 min内完成装配,确保气门座圈与座圈底孔为过渡配合,提高气门座圈压装质量。In response to the problem that no time basis for cooling and assembling during the valve seat ring being manually pressed with liquid nitrogen cooling technology,experiments are conducted on the outer diameter shrinkage of the valve seat ring during liquid nitrogen cooling and the outer diameter recovery at room temperature.The results show that the optimal cooling time for the valve seat ring is 10 minutes,ensuring a clearance fit between the valve seat ring and the bottom hole of the seat ring;the valve seat ring needs to be assembled within 1 minute after being removed from liquid nitrogen to ensure a transitional fit between the valve seat ring and the bottom hole of the seat ring,the quality of valve seat ring pressing can be improved.
