摘 要:试验尘源对筒式过滤器的容尘性能有很大影响,但目前尘源特性及其适用性研究较为简单。通过测量试验尘的粒径分布、颗粒形态、密度、吸湿性、流动性等物性参数,研究试验尘理化性质对筒式过滤器容尘试验结果的影响。采用筛选的试验尘与标准尘进行容尘与反吹试验,比较了容尘性能、粉尘用量、试验时间、残余阻力。综合试验尘物性参数及容尘试验结果分析表明,气相法SiO2在缩短试验时间、减少试验步骤、降低试验成本、缩小系统误差、提高试验精确度等方面均有优势,可作为筒式过滤器的人工试验尘,有利于形成科学的容尘性能评价方法。The test dust has great influences on the loading performance of the cartridge filter,however,the research on the dust characteristics and its applicability is relatively simple at present.This study analyzed the effect of physical and chemical properties of the test dust on cartridge filter loading performance,including particle size distribution,particle shape,scale,density,hygroscopy and fluidity of dust.The selected test dust and standard dust were used for cartridge filter dust loading and reverse-blow cleaning tests,and the dust holding capacity,dust consumption,test time and residual resistance were compared.Through the analysis of the test dust properties and the dust loading test,it is found that the gas phase SiO2 has advantages in shortening the test time,reducing test steps,saving cost,reducing the system error,improving the test accuracy,etc.It is recommended to use the gas phase SiO_(2) as the cartridge filter test dust,which is conducive to the formation of a scientific dust loading performance evaluation method.
