摘  要:改革开放以来,伴随我国经济的飞速发展,中国空气过滤器技术逐步完成国际接轨。近20年,中国建成世界上最大的面板市场,液晶面板年需求8000万片。同时,中国成立全球规模最大、增速最快的集成电路市场。ISO16890ePM颗粒物综合过滤效率分级体系,对我国来说势在必行,迫在眉睫——从“环境健康与安全”EMS角度,PMI进入血管,导致肿瘤、心血管疾病、老年痴呆等,此举对民众带来福祉;2001年我国“入世”后应遵循WTO/TBT协议,技术标准制定尽量采用国际标准,蔡杰领军的技术团队2018年-2019年2次、16家实验室进行过滤器对比试验,试验表明:中国已经具备了等同采用ISO16890的条件,中国有足够多的能力进行ISO16890试验的实验室。ISO16890采纳了中国IPA熏蒸法替代草案中的浸泡法进行滤纸消静电试验。Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's economy,China's air filter technology has gradually completed international standards.In the past 20 years,China has built the world's largest panel market,with an annual demand of 80 million TFT-LCD panels.At the same time,China became the world's largest and fastest growing integrated circuit market.ISO16890 ePM particulate matter comprehensive filtration efficiency grading system is imperative and urgent for China-from the perspective of"environmental protection and safety"EMS.PMI enters the blood vessels,resulting in tumors,cardiovascular diseases,Alzheimer's disease,etc.The standard brings benefits to the people;After China's accession to the WTO in 2001,it should follow the WTO/TBT agreement,and the formulation of technical standards should adopt international standards as much as possible,and the technical team led by Cai Jie conducted filter comparison tests twice by 16 laboratories in 2018-2019,and the test showed that China already has the conditions equivalent to the use of ISO16890,and China has enough laboratories capable of conducting ISO16890 tests.ISO16890 adopted China's IPA fumigation method in the draft to replace the immersion method to carry out the filter paper antistatic test.
