摘 要:为进一步提高家用空调室外机的市场竞争力,对某空调35E壳体的轴流风叶进行对比验证4种PP材料,发现4种PP材料可以满足轴流风叶高温实验变形、高速实验变形、醋酸浸泡实验,但在冷热冲击实验、跌落实验、长期蠕变实验中,PP-GF30比其他3种材料更能满足轴流风叶性能要求,成本在4种材料中最低。In order to further improve the market competitiveness of outdoor units of household air conditioners,four PP materials were compared and verified for axial flow blades of空调35E shell of an air conditioner.It was found that four PP materials can meet the requirements of axial flow blades'high-temperature experimental deformation,high-speed experimental deformation and acetic acid immersion test,but PP-GF30 can better meet the performance requirements of axial flow blades than other three materials in cold and hot impact tests,drop tests and long-term creep tests,The cost is the lowest among the four materials.
