ESB技术在地市级公立医院信息集成平台设计中的应用探索

摘　　要：随着国家三级公立医院绩效考核与国家电子病历评级工作的持续推进,医院对信息系统及业务数据要求越来越高。现有的系统数据库异构,无法满足数据的规范性、灵活性、适应性和共享性等需求。为实现软件系统之间高内聚、低耦合以达到系统间数据互联互通的目标,该文以南宁市第二人民医院基于企业服务总线技术(Enterprise Service Bus,ESB)搭建信息集成平台建设情况为例,分析介绍其使用现状、技术要点并提出对应医疗集团化医院信息化建设方案。集成平台的建设解决各数据异构无法互联互通的问题,提高信息化水平同时对未来医院更好响应大数据时代建设具有参考价值。With the continuous progress of the performance appraisal of national third-level public hospitals and the rating of national electronic medical records,hospitals have higher and higher requirements for information systems and business data.The existing system databases are heterogeneous,which can not meet the needs of data standardization,flexibility,adaptability,sharing and so on.In order to achieve the goal of high cohesion and low coupling between software systems in order to achieve the goal of data interconnection between systems,this paper takes the construction of information integration platform based on enterprise service bus(ESB)in Nanning Second People's Hospital as an example,analyzes and introduces the current situation,technical key points,and puts forward the corresponding medical group hospital information construction plan.The construction of the integration platform solves the problem that heterogeneous data can not be interconnected,and improving the level of informatization is of reference value for hospitals,so as to better respond to the construction of big data era in the future.
