摘 要:为提高安全壳试验泄漏点定位效率,对可能导致安全壳泄漏率超标的原因进行研究,重点分析安全壳边界各类设备的泄漏特点,同时结合历史数据库统计信息,划分不同类型故障发生概率的级别。建议在安全壳试验上行阶段依次设置3个查漏窗口,根据查漏优先级与被检对象类型设置多个小组并进行查漏,节省安全壳试验期间泄漏点定位时间。In order to improve the efficiency of locating the leakage point in the containment test,the reasons that may lead to the leakage rate exceeding the standard are studied,with emphasis on the leakage characteristics of all kinds of equipment at the containment boundary,combined with the statistical information of the historical database,the probability levels of different types of faults are divided.It is suggested that three leak detection windows should be set up successively in the upstream phase of containment test,and multiple teams should be set up to check leaks in parallel according to the priority of leak detection and the type of object being tested,so as to save the time of locating the leak point during the containment test.
