摘 要:阐述翻渣工艺在某炼钢厂含铝钢生产中的实践应用。该厂在含铝钢生产中浇次前4炉造渣料通常使用石灰与合成精炼渣,浇次其他炉次的造渣料则使用前面炉次的钢包顶渣同时补加部分渣料,然后在精炼继续进行脱氧造渣、脱气、钙处理和软吹等操作。通过对产品生产过程的硫变化、钢水浇注曲线、连铸坯中夹杂物水平及经济效益等方面分析,结果表明,含铝钢采用翻渣工艺后产品的纯净度提高,可以推广、推行。The practical application of slag turning process in the production of aluminum-containing steel in a steelmaking plant is described.In the production of aluminous steel,lime and synthetic refining slag are usually used in the first four furnaces of the plant,while the top slag of the ladle in the previous furnace is used to add part of the slag at the same time.Then deoxidation slagging,degassing,calcium treatment,soft blowing and other operations continue in refining.Through the analysis of the sulfur change in the production process,the pouring curve of molten steel,the level of inclusions in the continuous casting billet and the economic benefits,the results show that the purity of the product of aluminum-containing steel is improved after slagging process,which can be popularized and promoted.
