摘  要:为进一步探索非全厚式罩面加铺技术在广西高速公路“白改黑”中的应用,先通过层间剪切试验和拉拔试验,测试了3种粘层材料在不同工况下的粘结强度;后采用马歇尔、浸水马歇尔、车辙、低温弯曲、疲劳、OT、飞散等试验对不同应力吸收层和沥青磨耗层的路用性能进行了测试;再依托岑兴高速“白改黑”实际工程,对非全厚式罩面加铺技术实施后的应用效果、社会经济效益进行了分析。结果表明:1)基面采用抛丸工艺预处理后喷涂GS溶剂型粘结剂可作为刚柔粘结层的实施方案,应力吸收层可采用SBS改性沥青AC-10,磨耗层宜选择SBS改性沥青SMA-13;2)试验方案满足设计要求的性能指标,同时工程造价大幅缩减,资源消耗和CO_(2)排放均有所降低;3)在保证刚柔层间粘结性能和抗反射裂缝性能的前提下,采用非全厚式罩面加铺技术改造高速水泥路面值得推广。In order to further explore the application of the non-full-thickness overlay technology on the"white to black"project of Guangxi expressway,this paper tests the bonding strength of 3 kinds of bonding layer materials under different conditions,and then tests the pavement performance of different stress absorbing layers and asphalt wearing layers by Marshall,immersed marshall,rutting,low temperature bending,fatigue,OT,dispersion and other tests.Finally,the application effect and social and economic benefits of the non-full-thickness cladding overlay technology after implementation in Cenxing highway are analyzed.The results show that shot blasting process and GS solvent-based binder can be used as the rigid and flexible adhesive layer.SBS modified asphalt AC-10 could be used in the stress absorption layer.SBS modified asphalt SMA-13 could be used in the wear layer.The program meets the performance indicators of the design requirements,while the project cost is greatly reduced,resource consumption and CO_(2) emission are reduced.It is proved that under the premise of ensuring the bond property between rigid and soft layers and anti-reflective crack property,it is worth to popularize the non-full-thickness overlay technology for the reconstruction of high-speed cement pavement.
