摘 要:为保证双河特大桥中跨顺利合龙、减少合龙施工措施,对中跨合龙方案进行了分析和优化,根据现场条件,双河特大桥采用了温度配切合龙方案,对合龙温差和优化方案建立有限元模型进行计算分析。结果表明:1)合龙温差在5℃以内时,不会影响结构安全,优化后的合龙方案减小了混凝土板的拉应力,使得组合梁机构受力更为合理;2)温度配切合龙方案在环境气温稳定、合龙口姿态测试数据详实的条件下能保证大桥中跨的顺利合龙。In order to ensure the mid-span closure of Shuanghe bridge,and reducing closure construction measures,the closure schemes were analyzed and optimized.According to the on-site conditions,the Shuanghe bridge adopted a temperature matching and cutting scheme,and analysis was conducted on the temperature difference and the optimization scheme.The results show that when the temperature difference of the closure is within 5℃,it will not affect the structural safety.The optimized closure scheme reduces the tensile stress of the concrete slab.The temperature matching and cutting scheme can ensure the closure of the middle span of the bridge under the condition of stable ambient temperature and detailed closure posture test data.
