摘  要:为研究有无顶推力合龙对多跨连续刚构桥合龙施工的影响,以三圣特大桥为例,建立5跨连续刚构桥的有限元模型,分别计算施工、合龙温度、混凝土收缩徐变等工况下引起的墩顶水平位移,推导出该桥顶推力的计算公式并得到合理顶推力值,分析在有无顶推力作用下桥梁结构的位移和应力变化。结果表明,顶推力与桥墩的墩顶水平位移线性相关;墩高较高(H≥80 m)时,有无顶推合龙的桥梁都处于安全状态,但不顶推合龙技术能降低施工难度,缩短施工周期,经济效益更为显著。To research the influence of the closure with or without thrust on the construction of the multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge,the finite element model of the 5-span continuous rigid frame bridge was established by taking the Sanshengte bridge as an example,and the horizontal displacement of the pier top caused by the construction,closing temperature,concrete shrinkage and creep was calculated respectively,the calculation formula of the top thrust of the bridge was deduced,and the reasonable top thrust value was obtained,and the displacement and stress changes of the bridge structure were analyzed under the action of the top thrust or not.The results show that the jacking thrust is linearly related to the horizontal displacement of the pier top.When the pier height is high(H≥80 m),the bridges with and without jacking and closing are in a safe state,but the technology of non-pushing and closing can reduce the construction difficulty,shorten the construction period,with more significant economic benefits.
