摘  要:针对线性工程建设会对国家保护植物等珍贵生态环境资源造成巨大影响的问题,以拟建的云南省宣威至会泽高速公路为例,以工程沿线国家二级重点保护物种黄杉(Pseudotsuga sinensis)的保护为目的,通过设置群落特征样方和群落密度样方,对选址选线中涉及到的黄杉进行详细调查和影响评价,并据此对工程方案进行逐步优化。结果表明:原初设方案将占用黄杉7 000余株,经线路唯一性评价后,对推荐方案进行4次线路优化和1次工程形式优化,最终仅占用950株黄杉,保全植株达6 000多株,有效降低了对生态环境的影响。由此得出,采用先避让、再减缓、后修复的生态保护措施能有效降低线性工程的生态环境影响,可用于指导西南地区公路建设中的植物多样性保护。In response to the significant impact of linear engineering construction on precious ecological resources such as nationally protected plants,taking the proposed Xuanwei Huize Expressway in Yunnan Province as an example,with the protection of the national second level key protected species,Pseudotsuga sinensis,along the project route as the goal,a detailed investigation and impact evaluation of the yellow cedar involved in site selection and route selection were conducted by setting up community characteristic and density plots,and based on this,gradually optimize the engineering plan.The results showed that the original design plan would occupy more than 7000 yellow cedar trees.After evaluating the uniqueness of the line,the recommended plan underwent four rounds of line optimization and one round of engineering form optimization.In the end,only 950 yellow cedar trees were occupied,and more than 6000 plants were preserved,effectively reducing the impact on the ecological environment.From this,it can be concluded that adopting ecological protection measures of first avoiding,then slowing down,and then repairing can effectively reduce the ecological and environmental impact of linear engineering,and can be used to guide the protection of plant diversity in highway construction in the southwest region.
