能源政治化趋强风险下我国的策略应对

摘　　要：近年来,随着逆全球化回潮和民族主义抬头,能源政治化趋势日益凸显,深刻影响着全球能源市场,带来了诸多风险与挑战阐述了国际能源政治化对国际能源合作及全球能源市场的影响,提出了主动应对国际能源政治化的策略我国作为能源消费大国,要积极采取应对措施,避免我国能源安全受到不利影响坚决反对能源政治化,深化国际能源合作,推动能源市场回归正常坚持底线思维,加强自身能源建设,增强应对危机的韧性把握好“去美元化”的机遇,推动人民币国际化,提升我国在全球能源市场的话语权。In recent years,with the resurgence of anti-globalization and the rise of nationalism,the trend of energy politicization has become increasingly prominent,which has profoundly affected the global energy market and brought many risks and challenges.This paper expounds the influence of international energy politicization on international energy cooperation and global energy market,and puts forward some strategies to actively respond to international energy politicization.As a major energy consuming country,China should actively take measures to avoid adverse impacts on energy security.China should resolutely oppose the politicization of energy,deepen international energy cooperation,and promote the return of the energy market to normalcy.Besides,adhere to the bottom line thinking,strengthen our own energy construction,and enhance the resilience to cope with the crisis.China should grasp the opportunity of"de-dollarization",promote the internationalization of RMB,and enhance China's voice in the global energy market.
