摘　　要：国有油气田企业落实国家能源保供的要求以及实现“双碳”目标,需要高效科学的经济决策做支撑,规划经济评价标准体系建设的方向。结合国际标准、国外先进国家标准和国内的经济评价专业标准情况,通过梳理企业现有需求和问题,提出油气田企业需要建立经济评价标准体系,在非常规领域油气开发、绿色低碳项目、多能融合发展等重点领域建立相关标准,并开展试点运行,为企业高质量投资决策提供保障。In order to provide strong energy supply guarantee capabilities and realise"Dual Carbon"goal,this article points out that state-owned oil and gas field enterprises require efficient and scientific economic decisionmaking as support and plan the direction of the construction of economic evaluation standard system.Based on the international,foreign advanced national standards and the situation of domestic economic evaluation professional standards,this paper sorts out the existing needs and problems of enterprises and proposes that oil and gas field enterprises need to establish a economic evaluation standard system,and establish relevant standards in key areas such as unconventional oil and gas exploration,low-carbon projects,and multi energy integration development,and carry out pilot operations,to provide guarantee for enterprises making high-quality investment decisions.
