摘　　要：介绍五轴加工中心加工产品的过程中尺寸变化的原因及解决方法,利用MILL FX 800五轴加工中心840D_SL在线检测产品,解决下机床前零件检测问题,避免加工不合格及二次加工误差。This paper introduces the reasons and solutions for dimensional changes during the processing of products by 5-axis machining center.The 840D_SL on-line inspection is applied for MILL FX 8005-axis machining center to solve the problems during part inspection before moving the parts off-line to avoid unqualified processing and second time processing error.
