摘  要:针对1780 mm热连轧机高强薄规格带钢生产过程中AGC调节量不合理,穿带不稳定和抛钢甩尾等问题,通过跟踪控制系统,优化AGC调整限幅,开发精轧头部水平值自动记忆、抛钢尾部自动调平、甩尾后F7辊缝自动上抬功能,实现高强薄规格带钢的稳定轧制。In order to solve the problems including improper AGC adjustment,unstable threading,and strip front/back end whipping during the production process of high-strength thin strip of 1780mm tandem hot rolling mill,this paper optimizes the AGC adjustment limit by tracking the control system,and develops the functions including automatic memory of strip head horizontal value during finishing rolling,automatic leveling of tail end during strip front end whipping and automatic lifting of F7 roll gap after strip back end whipping to realize stable rolling of high-strength thin strip.
