摘 要:为了提高聚乳酸(PLA)的综合性能,拓宽聚乳酸复合材料的应用领域,以还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)接枝己内酯(CL)作为纳米填料(rGO-PCL),通过溶液共混制备rGO-PCL/PLA复合材料,并研究rGO-PCL的化学结构、微观形貌和分散性,讨论rGO-PCL质量分数对rGO-PCL/PLA复合材料的微观结构、力学性能、热性能和水接触角的影响。结果表明:rGO-PCL纳米填料在共混溶液中具有良好的分散性;与纯聚乳酸相比,当rGO-PCL质量分数为1%时,在PLA基体中的分散性最佳并且亲水性优异,复合材料拉伸强度提高了19%,断裂伸长率提高了180%,热稳定性和结晶度也得到显著提高;rGO-PCL/PLA有望应用于纺织纤维、3D打印材料和包装材料等领域。In order to improve the comprehensive properties of polylactic acid(PLA)and broaden the application field of PLA composites,reduced oxidized graphene(rGO)grafted caprolactone(CL)was prepared as a nanofiller,and rGO-PCL/PLA composites material were prepared by solution blending.The chemical structure,micromorphology and dispersibility of rGO-PCL were studied.The effects of rGO-PCL mass fraction on the microstructure,mechanical properties,thermal properties and hydrophilic angle of the composite were discussed.The results show that the rGO-PCL nanofiller demonstrated excellent dispersibility in the blend solution.Compared with pure PLA,when the mass fraction of rGO-PCL reaches 1%,it could be uniformly dispersed in the PLA matrix,and has excellent hydrophilicity.The tensile strength and the elongation at break increase by 19%and 180%,respectively.The thermal stability and crystallinity are significantly improved.The rGO-PCL/PLA composite holds promising potential for applications in textile fibers,3D printing materials,packaging materials and other fields.
