摘  要:采用水浴提取的紫蓝草色素对桑蚕丝织物进行染色。阐述了桑蚕丝织物采用紫蓝草色素染色的前处理和染色过程,分析染色温度、染色时间和染浴pH值对桑蚕丝织物染色效果的影响。通过K/S值的对比,寻找最佳染色条件,并探究紫蓝草色素染色的桑蚕丝织物的耐水洗色牢度和耐日晒色牢度。试验结果表明,紫蓝草色素对桑蚕丝织物染色的最佳工艺为:明矾前媒染工艺,明矾质量浓度10 g/L,浴比1∶100,染液pH值10.0,染色温度30℃,染色时间30min。In order to study the dyeing performance of Peristrophe roxburghiana on silk,Peristrophe roxburghiana dye extracted from water bath was used to dye mulberry silk fabrics.The pretreatment and dyeing process of mulberry silk dyed with Peristrophe roxburghiana dye was described,and the effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing time and bath pH value on the dyeing effect of mulberry silk fabrics was analyzed.By comparing the K/S values,the best dyeing conditions were found,and the color fastness to washing and sun exposure of mulberry silk dyed with Peristrophe roxburghiana dye was investigated.The experimental results show that the best dyeing process for mulberry silk was as follows:alum pre-mordant dyeing process,alum 5%(owf),bath ratio 1∶100,pH value of dye solution 10.0,dyeing temperature 30℃,dyeing time 30 min.
