摘  要:为探索橡子壳色素在纺织品染色中的应用,通过对棉织物进行染色试验,研究了染色温度、色素提取料液比以及硫酸亚铁后媒染处理对织物染色深度和色调的影响,并测试了染色棉织物的热性能和抗紫外线性能。研究结果表明:未改性棉采用橡子壳色素染色的得色量较低,羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HACC)改性棉则可获得较好的染色深度和色牢度。此外,适宜的染色温度为100℃,在不同的色素提取料液比下,直接染色和硫酸亚铁媒染试样分别可获得一系列暗黄色调和灰色调。相比未处理棉试样,染色棉试样的热分解温度稍有降低,抗紫外线性能显著提高。The purpose of this study was to explore the application of acorn shell dye in textile dyeing.Through dyeing experiments on cotton fabrics,the effects of dyeing temperature,extraction liquid ratio and ferrous sulfate post-medium treatment on the dyeing depth and tone of the fabrics were studied,and the thermal properties and anti-ultraviolet properties of dyed cotton fabrics were tested.The results show that the color yield of unmodified cotton dyed with acorn-shell dye is low,but the modified cotton with hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan(HACC)can obtain better dyeing depth and color fastness.In addition,the appropriate dyeing temperature is 100℃,and a series of dark yellow and gray tones samples can be obtained by direct dyeing and FeSO 4 mordant dyeing under different material to liquid ratio.Compared with untreated cotton sample,the thermal decomposition temperature of dyed cotton sample was slightly reduced,and the UV resistance of dyed cotton sample was significantly improved.
