摘 要:为了快速准确地自动检测经编弹力织物的线圈密度,基于图像处理开发经编弹力织物线圈密度的自动检测算法。首先使用氨纶和锦纶为原料,采用弹性和延伸性较大的经平绒组织,在配备有4把梳栉的E32卡尔迈耶RSE4拉舍尔经编机上织造经编弹力针织物,然后将经编弹力针织物的结构和性能特性与图像处理技术相结合,对固定尺寸的织物图像进行采集,通过变换重构图像和阈值变换等实现图像中有效信号的提取,从而计算出了织物的横密和纵密,并根据密度的变化预测织物的横、纵向伸长率。In order to quickly and accurately detect the loop density of warp-knitted elastic fabrics automatically,warp-knitted elastic fabrics were firstly knitted on the E32 Karl Mayer RSE4 Raschel warp-knitting machine equipped with 4 combs,the raw materials used were spandex and nylon.The locknit stitch with higher elasticity and extensibility was adopted,and then the structural and performance characteristics of warp-knitted elastic fabrics were combined with the image-processing technology.The image was collected by fixing the size of the fabrics,and the effective signal in the image was extracted by transforming the reconstructed image and threshold transformation,so as to calculate the transverse density and longitudinal density of the fabric,and predict the transverse and longitudinal elongation of the fabric according to the change of density.
