摘 要:在梳理近年来美国量子技术相关政策与发展计划的基础上,对美国国防部的量子技术相关研发预算的总量及不同机构的分解预算进行详细分析。量子技术在军事领域具有广泛的应用前景,能够提升信息安全、军事作战效能、情报收集和处理能力。美国国防部始终注重量子技术的战略谋划和系统布局,持续投资多领域的量子技术研发项目,以确保美国在量子信息科学领域的持续领先地位,将对未来军事及民用领域科技发展带来深远的影响。The policies and development plans related to quantum technology in the United States in recent years are examined,and the total quantum technology-related research and development budget of the U.S.Department of Defense and the budget breakdown across different institutes are analyzed.Quantum technology has vast potential in military applications to enhance information security,combat performance,and intelligence gathering and processing capabilities.The finding reveals that the U.S.Department of Defense has consistently prioritised the strategic planning and systematic arrangement of quantum technology,and has continuously invested in quantum technology research and development projects in various fields to ensure the sustained leadership of the United States in the field of quantum information science,which will have a profound impact on the future development of related science and technology in both military and civilian sectors.
