摘　　要：探讨2022—2024财年“太平洋威慑倡议”的预算规模、构成及变化,并以此为据管窥美国对外战略竞争的重点与趋势。分析发现,2024财年“太平洋威慑倡议”预算规模同比增长近50%,重点投入军种为海军,重点投入项目为行动与维护。“太平洋威慑倡议”由美国国防部设立,在2020年7月首次被纳入《国防授权法案》,是美国实现在印太地区战略目标的重要抓手。随着预算投入大幅增加,它会对亚洲太平洋地区的安全形势产生现实影响,值得持续关注。The budgetary scale,composition,and changes within the PDI for the fiscal years(FY)2022 to 2024 is delved.The findings indicate that the budget for FY 2024 of the Pacific Deterrence Initiative(PDI)has witnessed a nearly 50%year-on-year increase.Notably,the emphasis is on naval forces,with key investment projects concentrating on operations and maintenance.The PDI established by the U.S.Department of Defence,was formally incorporated into the National Defence Authorization Act in July 2020,marking a pivotal development in heightened U.S.efforts.The PDI is a critical tool for the U.S.in realizing its Indo-Pacific strategic objectives.With a substantial surge in budgetary allocation,it is poised to exert tangible effects on the situations in the Indo-Pacific region,necessitating heightened attention and vigilance.
