摘  要:针对矿用控制系统中故障录波、远程升级等需要通过CAN网络进行数据流传输的需求,以及CAN总线因为短帧结构、高效传输控制协议缺失等原因导致的数据流传输速度慢、效率低等问题,提出了将以太网TCP协议应用于CAN网络的传输方法。将以太网TCP协议中的相对地址技术,滑动窗口技术,断点续传技术等应用到CAN网络,设计了适用于CAN网络的数据流传输方法。试验结果表明,基于该方法能实现数据流的快速可靠传输,提高了数据流的传输效率。相较于传统的传输方式,该方法具有帧利用率高,总线利用率高以及重传效率高的优点,适用于有大文件交互的CAN网络中。In response to the demand for data flow transmission through CAN network for fault recording and remote upgrading in mining control systems,as well as the slow and inefficient data flow transmission caused by short frame structure and lack of efficient transmission control protocol on CAN bus,a transmission method using Ethernet TCP protocol in CAN network was proposed.The relative address technology,sliding window technology,breakpoint continuation technology,and other technologies were applied in the Ethernet TCP protocol to the CAN network,and a data flow transmission method was designed suitable for the CAN network.The experimental results showed that this method could achieve fast and reliable transmission of data flows,improve the transmission efficiency of data flows.Compared to traditional transmission methods,this method has the advantages of high frame utilization,high bus utilization,and high retransmission efficiency,making it suitable for CAN networks with large file interactions.
