摘　　要：从用户和配套的矿用隔爆型变频器产品的实际需求入手,确定一种矿用隔爆型变流移动变电站,将变流变压器和控制变压器合并在一个矿用隔爆箱体内,并配合上相应的高压真空开关和低压保护箱形成一个整体。分析其形成缘由,创新整体产品的结构和布局,同时产品各项试验参数符合国家标准,并在某煤炭集团大批量使用,运行稳定可靠,可为同类产品设计提供参考。Starting from the actual needs of users and supporting mining flameproof frequency converter products,a mining flameproof transformer mobile substation was determined,which combined the transformer and control transformer into a mining flameproof box,and formed a whole with corresponding high-voltage vacuum switches and low-voltage protection boxes.The reasons for its formation were analyzed,the overall product structure and layout were innovated,and all test parameters of the product met national standards.It has been widely used in a certain coal group and operates stably and reliably,providing reference for the design of similar products.
