摘 要:用D-核糖、山梨糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖4种糖溶液,在嫁接后10 d对葫芦砧西瓜嫁接苗均匀喷雾,研究4种糖溶液对嫁接苗生长及葫芦侧芽萌蘖的抑制效果。结果表明:4种糖溶液喷雾处理均能显著降低砧木侧芽萌发率和平均叶面积;在处理后14、28 d,葡萄糖处理的接穗株高、叶绿素含量均最高,D-核糖处理与对照无显著性差异,山梨糖处理效果最差。用葡萄糖溶液对葫芦砧西瓜嫁接苗喷雾,不仅能抑制砧木侧芽萌蘖,也能促进嫁接苗生长。Four kinds of sugars(D-ribose,sorbose,glucose,sucrose)were used to treat gourd rootstock shoot buds to suppress lateral bud growth and reduce the workload of manual removal of rootstock buds after grafting 10 days.Results showed that the four sugar solution spray treatments could significantly reduce the rootstock lateral bud germination rate and average leaf area.On the 14th and 28th day of treatment,the plant height and chlorophyll content of the scion treated with glucose were the highest,there was no significant difference between the D-ribose treatment and the control,and the effect of sorbose treatment was the worst.The results showed that the use of glucose spray treatment could not only inhibit the germination of rootstock lateral buds,but also promote the growth of grafted seedlings.
