摘 要:为了深入研究雾冷技术对锂离子电池热失控灾害的冷却抑制效果,通过实验方法研究不同流速及浓度条件下雾冷技术对热失控的抑制效果。研究结果表明:与空气冷却相比,雾冷系统的冷却能力有大幅度提升,其可以在热失控触发前有效阻断热失控进展;热失控条件下,需通入过量雾滴,进而增强电池高温局部蒸发吸热的能力,以达到预期冷却效果;雾滴局部增发吸热是主导热失控抑制的关键因素,其与雾滴自身浓度与气流速度密切相关。基于冷却过程中的关键温度节点,本文将热失控灾害防治划分成不同级别,可用于指导实际工程应用。In order to further study the cooling suppression effect of mist cooling technology on thermal runaway hazard of li-ion battery,the suppression effect of mist cooling technology on thermal runaway under different flow velocities and concentrations was studied by experimental method.The results show that compared with air cooling,the cooling capacity of mist cooling system is greatly improved,which can effectively block the progress of thermal runaway before triggering thermal runaway.Under the condition of thermal runaway,the excessive mist droplets should be introduced to enhance the ability of local evaporation and heat absorption of the battery at high temperature,so as to achieve the expected cooling effect.The local evaporation and heat absorption of mist droplets is the key factor dominating the suppression of thermal runaway,which is closely related to the concentration of mist droplets and the airflow velocity.Based on the key temperature nodes in the cooling process,the hazard prevention and control of thermal runaway is divided into different levels,which can be used to guide practical engineering application.
