摘 要:以20322大采高工作面掘巷期间横穿小断层地质构造为工程背景,通过现场监测的方法揭示了巷道掘进横穿小断层构造导致的冒顶来压事故影响范围较大,并通过RFPA数值模拟的方法指明了提高顶板内煤岩体的强度和刚度值能够有效防止冒顶事故的发生。后续理论计算表明对顶板悬露段表面通过对称式布置的3根锚索进行锚固后,弯矩在1.2 m≤x≤4.4 m区域内减小量显著,且当将顶板内两侧锚索调整为锚索桁架系统并在20322回风巷横穿小断层构造F_(322-2)前后50 m范围进行应用后,其顶底板移近量仅为掘巷高度的3%左右,实现了对于顶板内煤岩体的良好控制。Based on the geological structure of crossing small faults during the excavation of the 20322 high mining face as the engineering background,on-site monitoring methods have revealed that the impact range of roof fall and pressure accidents caused by tunnel excavation crossing small faults is relatively large.RFPA numerical simulation method has also indicated that improving the strength and stiffness values of the coal and rock mass inside the roof slab can effectively prevent the occurrence of roof fall accidents.Subsequent theoretical calculations indicate that after anchoring the surface of the suspended section of the roof with three symmetrically arranged anchor cables,the bending moment is significantly reduced in the area of 1.2 m≤x≤4.4 m.Moreover,when the anchor cables on both sides of the roof are adjusted to an anchor cable truss system and applied within the range of 50 meters before and after crossing the small fault structure F_(322-2) in the 20322 return air tunnel,the displacement of the top and bottom plates is only about 3%of the excavation height,achieving good control of the coal and rock mass inside the roof.
