摘  要:以B390合金为原料,采用控制变量法研究了挤压铸造工艺参数对过共晶Al-Si合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,挤压压力和浇注温度对合金组织、孔隙率和力学性能影响明显,压射速度的影响较小,但对铸件表面质量影响较大。综合考虑,认为B390铸件最佳挤压工艺参数:铸造压力为150 MPa,浇注温度为740℃,压射速度为0.05 m/s,此时铸件室温抗拉强度和硬度(HB)分别为232 MPa和143.4。The effects of squeeze casting process parameters on the microstructure and properties of supereutectic B390 alloy were investigated.The results reveal that the squeezing pressure and pouring temperature have obvious effects on the microstructure,porosity and mechanical properties of the alloy,while the injection velocity has little effect,which has great effect on the surface quality of the casting.It is concluded that the desirable squeezing parameters of B390 casting are presented as follows:casting pressure of 150 MPa,casting temperature of 740℃,and injection velocity of 0.05 m/s,where the tensile strength and hardness of the casting at room temperature reach up to 232 MPa and 143.4 HB,respectively.
