摘 要:冷冻铸造以水为粘结剂固化砂型,其作为一种新型的绿色铸造方法而被关注。重点研究了冷冻铸造型砂冷冻温度及成分配比等因素对冷冻铸型强度、透气性等性能的影响。研究了不同水量、粘土含量、冷却温度、砂子目数条件下铸型的性能,也分析了不同浇注温度下铸型的变化。结果表明,冷冻铸型在成本低的前提下整体性能优于树脂铸型且更环保。Taking water as a binder to solidify the sand mold,frozen casting is paid attention as a new green casting method.The effects of freezing temperature and composition proportion of frozen casting sand on the strength and air permeability of frozen casting mold were investigated.The mold performance under different water and clay contents,cooling temperatures and sand mesh conditions was explored experimentally,and the mold transition under different pouring temperatures were also systematically carried out.The results indicate that the overall performance of frozen casting is superior to that of resin mold under the premise of low cost,which is more environmentally friendly with widely application,and possesses positive significance for promoting the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
