摘  要:针对均热态7055铝合金的热变形特性开展研究,基于等温热压缩试验得到的真实流动应力,构建了应变补偿的Arrhenius本构模型和基于Murty准则的热加工图。结果表明,本构模型预测结果与试验结果吻合良好,可为后续有限元仿真提供理论参考;根据加工图识别,得到最优加工参数窗口:应速率范围为0.01~0.368 s^(-1),温度范围为380~450℃。The thermal deformation characteristics of homogeneous 7055 aluminum alloy was investigated,and a strain-compensated Arrhenius constitutive model and processing maps based on Murty criterion were constructed according to the flow stress obtained from isothermal hot compression tests.The results indicate that the predicted results of constitutive model are in consistent with the experimental ones,which can provide theoretical guidance for the subsequent finite element simulation.Moreover,according to the processing map,the optimal thermal processing parameter window was identified as strain rate range of 0.01 s^(-1)~0.368 s^(-1)and temperature range of 380℃~450℃.
