摘 要:采用水冷铜坩埚熔炼和铜模吸铸法制备了φ3 mm的Zr_(61)Ti_(2)Cu_(25)Al_(12)非晶合金试样,研究了熔体保温时间对锆基非晶合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,延长熔体保温时间有利于提高非晶合金的力学性能,其中保温10 min和25 min的试样的室温塑性和屈服强度均明显高于保温时间短的试样,且保温10 min与保温25 min试样的室温塑性和屈服强度变化差值明显低于保温时间短的试样,说明10 min以上保温工艺使非晶合金的力学性能的稳定性提高。综合而言,熔体保温10 min以上有利于提高锆基非晶合金的综合力学性能及其稳定性。The amorphous alloy Zr_(61)Ti_(2)Cu_(25)Al_(12)with a diameter of 3 mm was prepared by water-cooled copper crucible smelting and copper mold suction casting,and the effect of holding time on mechanical properties of Zr-based amorphous alloy was investigated.The results reveal that the extension of melt holding time is beneficial to improving the mechanical properties.The plasticity and yield strength of specimens held for 10 min and 25 min are significantly higher than those of one held for a short time at room temperature,and the difference between specimens held for 10 min and 25 min are significantly lower than those held for a short time,indicating that holding over 10 min attributes to stability of mechanical properties of amorphous alloys.In general,melt holding time over 10 min is available to improve comprehensive mechanical properties and stability of Zr-based amorphous alloys.
